Within the first year 30 Cambodians participated in the production of various M.E.T.A. documentaries: Borei Sylyvann, Bunreas Pin, Chan Nawath, Chheng Samath, Chrek Sorphea, Chum Reap, Dang Kosal, Em Amrita, Khotsurn Nimol, Lach Chantha, Lach Pov, Lim Seangheng, Ly Pisey, Hem Vanna, Mong Sokun, Neang Kavich, Ngo Menghak, Ngo Menghoung, Mesa Lang, Ouer Sokuntevy, Pann Rachana, Phan Yasi, Prum Sarin, Prum Seila, Ream Chamrouen, Sao Sopheak, Sous Work, Sreng Chansophea, Touch Yin Mony and Veng Rachana.

Cambodian counterparts have had the opportunity to learn from and work with 10 international media professionals: Davy Chou (France/Director); Mark Eberle (Director/Germany); Pascal-Mario Geisler (Cameraman/Germany); Mark Hammond (Director/USA); KM Lo (Director & DOP/Singapore); Jean Mathis (Editor/France); Jan Mueller (Sounddesigner/Germany); Germain Priour (Editor/France); Darren Swallow (Director/UK) and Nico Mesterharm (Director/Germany).
